INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
There is an additional shipping charge for orders placed from outside the continental USA (48 states). If you reside in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii or outside the continental USA, you must call or email for the extra shipping cost, which will be added to the total price. To stay consistent with our "Free Return Shipping" offer, BODY-ALINE will pay $40 of the cost to return ship - if necessary.

Try your BODY-ALINE for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, then return it (within 30 days of it's arrival date) for a full or refund on your purchase price (or a "stop payment" on your payment plan) AND you'll be reimbursed the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive & inspect the unit, here's what happens next:

- If you paid in full, you will be sent a refund check in the exact amount of your full purchase price PLUS the cost of return shipping. The check will be sent within 1-3 days.

- If you chose the payment plan, we will stop payment from your credit card immediately so you won't be charged anything AND we'll send a check for the cost of return shipping within 1-3 days.

***In order to activate the return policy, you must provide a valid proof of purchase with the returned item. The item must also be returned in reasonable condition & within original packaging.
